Paper Submission (closed)

Authors are invited to submit research and application papers, representing original work not previously published nor simultaneously submitted to another conference. Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition.

Paper format and length: Submissions must use the same Springer LNCS Format used for the camera-ready versions, without altering margins and using at most 12 pages. Papers that do not follow these guidelines may be rejected without consideration of their merits.

Anonymity: SPIRE review process is double-blind. To ensure that reviewers cannot discover the identity of authors, these must make sure that (1) their names or affiliations, funding sources, and any other acknowledge, is removed from the submitted paper, (2) the file names used (including the .dvi used to generate the PDF) do not reveal their identity, (3) self-citations are included in the paper in a way that does not reveal identity: Reference in third person (such as "In [1] they present a technique" or "In [1], a technique is presented", but not "In [1] we present"). Do not omit your name from self-references, treat those as any other. Do not self-reference more than necessary. Avoid referencing extended versions of the submitted paper, especially when there are downloadable versions of it or they are techreports.
