Symposium Location

The symposium will be held in downtown Buenos Aires, organized by the Argentinean Computer Science Society (SADIIO). Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina, is an energetic and seductive city with 12 million habitants. One of the world's finest opera houses, the Teatro Colon, flourishes here on the plains alongside the Rio de la Plata. PorteƱos (as the people of Buenos Aires are known) are intensely involved in the life and culture of their city, and they will gladly share the city attractions, from tango lessons to the best places to eat the famous Argentinean meat. Buenos Aires is a starting point to visit other major tourist attractions: the Iguazu Falls (in the Brazilian border), Bariloche and its lakes (near the Chilean border), or the Patagonia with its impressive wildlife and geography that includes the Perito Moreno glacier.
